Purpose
In a highly technical environment for the manufacturing of electronic components, the Finance organization of X-FAB France, based in Corbeil-Essonnes (91), is recruiting a new Management Controller to join its team of four. You will contribute to the company's strategic and financial decisions through relevant analyses and regular monitoring of operational performance. You will support operational managers in the management of their entity and their decision-making.
Your Responsabilities
Contribute to the development and coordination of the operational budget process (develop, implement, and monitor the three-year plan, improve existing related processes and tools, support corrective action plans, communicate with operational entities, etc.)
Manage operational financial reporting (tracking actual results, closing accounts, analyses and recommendations, dynamically updating 12-month projections, adjustments, communication, etc.)
Optimize financial reporting (diagnosis, recommendations on developments, structuring, standardization, convergence, relevance of indicators, etc.)
Participate in the development of long-term strategic plans
Support changes at the group level (ERP changes, cost and margin assessment methods, valuation of work in progress, return on investment, etc.)
Manage industrial capacity expansion investment programs Cooperate with teams at other X-FAB sites located in Europe, Asia, and the United States
This strategic and evolving role will require you to work on broad financial and commercial issues that are crucial to the direction of management decisions.

Your Profile
Education: Grande Ecole de Commerce or Engineering School + Master's degree in Finance or IAE Experience: At least 2 years of experience, ideally acquired in an industrial environment
Skills: Financial expertise: general accounting, cost accounting, financial risk analysis, taxation, auditing, accounting and administrative management, economic and financial management, budgeting techniques, project management IT: Information management techniques (ERP, Excel, VBA, etc.)
Language: Fluent English (B2 minimum)
Personal Qualities: Analytical skills, open-mindedness, rigor, organizational skills, initiative, good listening and communication skills with internal clients and external service providers, and leadership.
