About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join our growing team!

You’ll be at the heart of our numbers, helping us steer the business with smart insights and solid reporting. You’ll work across finance and accounting, making sure our operations stay lean, efficient, and ready to scale.

Valuable member of the team your role will be :

• Own Accounting Operations :
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries (accruals, provisions, reclassifications, reconciliations) with our external accountant, using Pennylane software
• Support accounts payable processes.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• Contribute to the preparation of statutory financial statements
• Make sure all records are compliant with accounting standards
• Keep Reporting Sharp :
• Deliver clear, reliable and actionable monthly financial reports and dashboards.
• Support internal stakeholders with timely and accurate financial data
• Boost Our Processes :
• Help streamline and improve finance workflows and reporting.
• Bring new ideas to improve cost control and cash management
• Drive Planning & Analysis :
• Build and update budgets, forecasts
• Track and analyse financial performance, helping the team understand the “why” behind the numbers.
• Spot trends, risks, and opportunities — and help us act fast.
• Be a Business Partner :
• Work hand-in-hand with operational teams to bring financial insight into day-to-day decisions.
• Act as the bridge between accounting, finance, and the business.
  

About You

• You have a Master Degree in accounting or controlling
• You have at least 2 years of experience in accounting or controlling
• You have a solid accounting background (DSCG or equivalent is a big plus).
• You’re great with tables and know your way around accounting software (Pennylane, Cegid, Sage)
• You love turning financial data into real-world business advice.
• You are hands-on, curious, and not afraid to dig into numbers
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You are autonomous, curious, and a good team player
• You are able to challenge existing process and your management in a spirit of continuous improvement
• You have an experience in a multi-cultural environment and understand international diversity
