As a transversal Commercial Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business and cross functional projects within Puig Derma division. You will report to the Business Development Director and you will closely work with Derma sales teams and orchestrate collaboration among various departments to ensure successful execution of business projects.
MISSIONS
Business Process Improvement
- Work with various departments to streamline processes and introduce efficiencies in the delivery of commercial projects across the Derma Division
- Ad hoc projects : contribute personally and with business team members to enhance existing process and will write playbook or procedures
Cross-functional Project Management
- Lead and coordinate projects across various business units
- Ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication among departments such as sales, legal, finance, operations, and marketing
- Lead the market
- Protection project
Commercial project management
- Incorporate commercial strategies into project planning
- Oversee collecting all commercial conditions, draft retro planning and propose a consistent and efficient commercial roadmap
- Accompany business teams transformation
- Set up and animate specific “Derma Business Practices” communities – “Best Of Business”
PROFILE/SKILLS
- Strong project management skills
- Good understanding of commercial strategies ideally acquired in the dermo cosmetic industry or sales experience in pharmacy sector
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments to align objectives and drive business success
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial project management or a related role (sales, business coordinator)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Pack Office, xls and ppt good knowledge
- Project management soft skills + hard skills (Asana, Monday…)
- Writing skills, oral presentation skills
