About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Owner (BPO) - Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and governance within a global matrix organization. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director and functionally aligned with the Purchasing Department, this role will lead SAP implementation, enhance supplier data management, and spearhead transformation initiatives across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as the data owner for supplier records, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead SAP Material Management (MM) module implementation and SAP S/4 Hana transition.
  • Manage supplier invoice processing, supply planning, and procurement flows.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Drive MRP deployment and supplier On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) improvements.
  • Lead governance efforts, ensuring adherence to the P2P core model.
  • Support SAP rollouts across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
  • Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide training and operational support to key user communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or procurement role within an industrial environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP ECC6; experience with S/4 Hana is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of MRP systems and supply planning processes.
  • Expertise in data analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and training abilities to manage key user communities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and transformation.
  • Change management expertise to support large-scale system implementations.
  • Strategic and process-oriented approach to drive operational excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of total work time to collaborate for global projects
