Your mission will be to lead Adisseo Corporate training and development strategy worldwide. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs based on workforce planning needs, that empower our employees, enhance their skills, and support the company’s growth and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Training Strategy: Create a compelling vision for the corporate university aligned with Adisseo’s strategic goals. Establish a robust training framework to address present and future needs.
- Design Innovative Training Programs: Develop and deliver advanced training pathways customized for diverse departmental needs and hierarchical levels. Integrate cutting-edge educational technologies and methodologies for engaging learning experiences.
- Execute Corporate training : Prepare and drive calls for tenders in partenership with the purchasing department, consolidate and monitor global training budget, administrate corporate training sessions, edit and monitor training KPIs, work on corporate training process continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads, HR, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized solutions. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the relevance and impact of training initiatives.
- Ensure Quality and Effectiveness of Training: Establish, edit and monitor performance indicators and evaluation tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs. Continuously improve training offerings based on feedback and performance data.
- Promote a Culture of Continuous Learning: Encourage and facilitate professional and personal development of employees through continuous learning initiatives. Create an environment that values and supports lifelong learning and career growth.
- Animate the Training Community: Animate a dynamic team of trainers and content designers. Provide mentorship and guidance on training methodology.
- Stay Informed on Technological and Pedagogical Advances: Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in training and learning. Integrate best practices and new technologies into training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate Regionally:Work with regional teams to provide updates and support on technical developments. Ensure that training programs are adapted to regional needs and contexts.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a similar role within an international setting, demonstrating a successful track record of leading and implementing training and development programs.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to excel in a matrix organization, adept at managing complex projects, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders and cultures. Possess strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Pedagogical Expertise: Deep knowledge of training methods and tools, including online learning technologies. Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Results-Oriented: sense of initiative, proactivity and persistence. Focus on delivering measurable results. Skilled at integrating big-picture thinking with practical execution.
