The Opportunity
Nous recherchons un expert du marketing digital, passionné par la performance et l’innovation, pour piloter nos campagnes de Marketing digital. Fort d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience et idéalement certifié Google Ads ou Analytics, vous serez au cœur de la stratégie média digitale : gestion des campagnes via les DSP, segmentation avancée, A/B testing, optimisation continue et analyse des KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI…). Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes créatives, data et techniques, tout en assurant la conformité aux réglementations en matière de données. Si vous êtes orienté résultats, que vous aimez transformer la donnée en action et faire progresser les performances digitales, ce poste est fait pour vous !
Poste basé au sein de notre siège social moderne et récent à Rosny-sous-Bois (93), au sein d'une équipe internationale de 4 personnes.

Ce que nous recherchons
- Formation : diplôme de niveau Bac +3 minimum en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : minimum 5 ans d’expérience opérationnelle en marketing sur les moteurs de recherche (SEM) et/ou en marketing display.
- Certifications pertinentes telles que Google Ads, Google Analytics ou équivalent.
- Langues : français et anglais sont requis
- Personnalité : communication, orientation-solutions et créativité, rigueur et capacités de fédération.
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies efficaces de marketing digital, en veillant à leur alignement avec les objectifs marketing globaux et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
- Utiliser des plateformes telles que Google Marketing Platform, les ad exchanges display et les DSP (demand-side platforms) pour gérer et optimiser les campagnes de publicité display
- Réaliser des segmentations d’audience et des analyses de comportements afin d’identifier les profils clés pour un ciblage de campagne efficace. Effectuer des analyses approfondies de la base de données clients afin d’identifier des segments à forte valeur ajoutée et les activer de manière stratégique.
- Mettre en place un processus de mesure rigoureux et quantitatif pour améliorer les campagnes et les programmes (analyse des réponses, ROI, création de tableaux de bord de campagne, etc.).
- Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (création, contenu, web analytics) pour garantir la cohérence des messages de campagne et une expérience utilisateur optimale.
- Mettre en œuvre des tests A/B pour optimiser les créations publicitaires, les pages d’atterrissage et les autres éléments de campagne en vue d’une amélioration continue.
- Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur, des technologies émergentes et des meilleures pratiques en marketing afin de favoriser l’innovation et conserver un avantage concurrentiel.
- Fournir des rapports et présentations réguliers aux parties prenantes, mettant en avant les performances des campagnes, les insights clés et des recommandations d’optimisation.
- Collaborer avec des agences et prestataires externes pour assurer la bonne gestion et exécution des campagnes.
