Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Create dynamic learning pathways that evolve in real-time, optimizing each student's progression from foundational phonics to complex text analysis
- Collaborate with educators, linguists, and AI specialists to advance language education methodologies, directly impacting thousands of students
- Transform literature into interactive, AI-enhanced learning experiences that educate and inspire a passion for reading and writing
- Managing conventional English curriculums or administrative tasks—your focus will be on innovation and strategic improvement within our accelerated learning model
- Working in isolation—you'll collaborate with our expert team at the intersection of AI and English education
- Developing theoretical models without application—every AI solution you create will directly enhance student language skills in measurable, practical ways

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum with proven impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding proficiency in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
- Superior communication skills with capacity to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders
