Job Purpose

To be responsible for and guarantee the quality of products and services provided to customers, serving as their primary interface for all quality-related matters.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Interface:
    • Act as the primary contact for the customer.
    • Commit to resolving issues on behalf of the company.
    • Represent customer interests within X-FAB France.
    • Follow up on specific customer requests.
  • Product and Service Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance of products and services with internal procedures and contractual conditions.
    • Validate and implement quality methods to meet customer expectations.
  • Internal Coordination:
    • Coordinate interactions between customers and internal teams (Process Engineers, R&D, etc.).
    • Oversee analyses performed by group laboratories and ensure results are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Quality Issue Management:
    • Identify and analyze quality-related issues.
    • Organize the development and monitoring of corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Corrective Action Follow-up:
    • Lead corrective/preventive actions following customer requests or incidents affecting product or service quality.
    • Ensure these actions are implemented effectively.
  • External Audits:
    • Participate in the preparation and execution of external quality audits.
Desired Profile

  • Expertise in quality management, project management, and customer relations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in quality tools and methods.
  • Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Engineering, specializing in Quality or Electronics
