Go-To-Market Strategy

Promote and develop our Training offer with appropriate marketing levers, under the responsibility of the Category Manager of reference and in conjunction with the dedicated teams

Adapt and execute the go-to-market strategy

Contribute to the launch of new products in an efficient manner and measure performance

Contribute to the customer loyalty and conquest strategy in order to gain market share

Study our market positions by collecting and analyzing information from the field and databases

Be the support on the sales request and forecasting process

Communication

Implement the communication plan in collaboration with the marketing team Propose and deploy a regular and impactful digital communication plan for Delphi France, including social networks and newsletters

Develop and update customer databases with the sales team, contribute to optimizing the CRM process

Develop materials and content specific to the region to increase the visibility of the brand in conjunction with the internal teams and external service providers: POS-ILV, videos, newsletters, social networks, goodies, press relations, etc. Develop promotional plans to increase our brand awareness and market share, as well as communicate with our internal and external customers

Translating and adapting central communications

Support the organization of customer shows/events to build brand awareness and intimacy with our customers

Development of market share and financial indicators

Understand key financial and economic indicators to drive growth

Analyze the price positioning and establish recommendations taking into account market and financial indicators as well as the EMEA pricing policy Contribute to the annual price review, new product pricing and price adjustments in support of the marketing team

Implement appropriate sales enablement activities to drive demand Continuous improvement

Become the expert in your category capable of training and transmitting knowledge on your product category (internal and external customers)
