Installation & Commissioning Engineer
Location: This role requires flexibility to travel 90% of the year, and work from home the remaining 10%. We are open for candidates from countries in Europe where SPX FLOW has an entity: Poland, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic.

About Your Responsibilities
The Installation and Commissioning Engineer (ICE) job holder operates with a high level of autonomy and collaborates with peers and superiors to operationalize goals and priorities in line with the strategic direction for the project. He / she has day to day accountability for the successful delivery of the tasks for which he / she is owner, to achieve time, quality and cost targets, within financial, contractual and health and safety parameters. The job holder complies with SPX Flow project execution processes, methods and tools. He / she is accountable for achieving operational effectiveness within agreed time frame. In his / her role, he / she demonstrates a culture of innovation, high performance, accountability and continuous improvement, aligning efforts in the short and long term to the Project Manager’s strategic goals.

List Of Key Responsibilities
- Installation Qualification (I/Q).
- Operational Qualification support (O/Q).
- Documentation management (including updating) for his / her areas.
- Performance Qualification support (P/Q).
- Customer training.
- Installation takeover from the Installation Supervisor including quick checks.
- Mechanical IQ (Installation qualification)
- Documentation checks
- P&ID (and 3Ds) compliance
- Item list compliance
- Corrections
- Electrical IQ (support)
- Documentation checks
- Energizing (MCC, Control cabinet)
- Electrical diagram compliance
- Instrumentation, measuring chains, regulation loops configuration.
- I/O tests including troubleshooting and corrections.
- Utilities activation, purge and performances checks
- Water cleansing / Flushing: Water flush the system piping and Check for leaks.
- Manual and semi-automatic startup
- Physical performances checks
- Regulation loops (PID) parameters adjustment
- Functional capacity checks
- Functional qualification (OQ)
- Cleaning in place (CIP)
- Main functions automatic tests on water
- Alarms and Interlocks checks
- Operators training
- First productions
- Parameters adjustments on product
- Production assistance
- Graduate (Advance towards Engineering Discipline, Food Technology, Dairy Technology)
- Minimum 4 Years experience, in Process Engineering or Commissioning roles.
- Travel in EMEA region with a willingness to Globally.
- 90% Travel
- English: Speak and write.
