As part of the Europe Technology Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in the recruitment process and the onboarding of new talents in France. Successful applicants are excellent communicators, who enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

Description & Scope
As part of the Europe Technology Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in the recruitment process and the onboarding of new talents in France. Successful applicants are excellent communicators, who enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate at career fairs and university visits to attract new talent.
- Organization of internal recruitment activities/events
- Requirements gathering from hiring managers.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and offering new hires.
- Scheduling of interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare administrative formalities before internships begin
- Coordinate the onboarding of new interns
- In process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
