HAVAS - INTERNSHIP - HRIS Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HRIS Intern to join our Global HRIS team.

As part of your internship, you will gain hands-on experience working with our HRIS system (Workday) and supporting key HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in HR technology and analytics while contributing to impactful projects within a global organization.

Mission & Responsibilities

As an HRIS Intern, your mission will be to assist the team in maintaining and enhancing HRIS functionalities and ensuring smooth operations. With the guidance of our HRIS experts and access to learning resources, you will have the chance to grow your knowledge in HRIS management.

Your Day-to-day Tasks May Include

• Assisting in data updates, maintenance, and validation within the HRIS system.
• Supporting the team in troubleshooting issues and testing solutions.
• Participating in small-scale projects to enhance system functionality (e.g., improvements in Preboarding & Onboarding workflows).
• Preparing reports and analysing HR data for specific use cases.
• Helping to create user guides and training materials for internal teams.

Qualifications & Languages

• Currently in your last year of Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, HR, HRIS
• Languages: English and French (Fluent) for written and verbal communication
