As our People & Workplace Partner, you’ll sit within the People team and own a dual mission :
You’re autonomous, proactive, and confident, handling both people ops and office management. You’re in constant communication with internal teams and external partners. You love getting things done—fast and well.

Must-Haves
As our People & Workplace Partner, you’ll sit within the People team and own a dual mission :
- Master our onboardings and offboardings : Ensure every new joiner has a smooth, inspiring, and efficient start—from admin and compliance to welcome kits and first-day vibes. And when someone leaves, make it just as respectful and seamless, always learning to do better next time.
- Own our space : Make sure our offices are not just good-looking, but also safe, well-equipped, functional, and ready to scale with us.
You’re autonomous, proactive, and confident, handling both people ops and office management. You’re in constant communication with internal teams and external partners. You love getting things done—fast and well.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR administration (contracts, leaves, benefits, etc.) and follow KPIs associated
- Design & deliver onboarding experiences for all newcomers
- Proactively creates new systems and programs to improve ways of working/onboarding to scale smoothly
- Handle all office & facility management (space planning, equipment, safety, IT, telco…)
- Maintain and improve the employee experience : our spaces must always be functional, welcoming, and inspiring

Must-Haves
- Degree in HR or related field (Bachelor’s level or higher)
- 4-5 years of experience in HR or admin roles
- Comfortable working in both English & French (written + spoken)
- You’ve experienced a fast-scaling environment
- You can lead projects with both firmness and kindness
- You consider HR as a business enabler to reach our targets and beyond
- You have a first experience in management
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, people oriented
- You thrive in chaos, but bring structure
- You’re efficient—no BS, just solutions
- You’re a team player AND a lone wolf : you own your projects but ask for help when needed
