BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan overarching content themes, including launch rhythms, market topics, test drive days, and delivery stories

Develop social media content calendars, write copy, and ensure alignment with brand tone of voice

Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to prioritize content and highlight key models

Coordinate content production assets for daily posts and paid campaigns

Support digital media buying execution, monitor performance, and optimize creative materials

Drive creative ideation for content and campaigns

Build and tier KOL resource pool (regional, vertical, local lifestyle influencers)

Select KOLs and evaluate partnership opportunities

Coordinate content execution with KOLs and track publishing timelines and performance

Liaise with dealers to facilitate KOL test drives and co-creation events

Collect KOL content, assets, and lead information

Review KOL content to ensure brand alignment and messaging accuracy

Deliver KOL performance reports and content analysis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

5+ years of experience in content planning, social media, or influencer marketing

Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills

Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Experience working with KOLs/influencers and managing content partnerships

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign results

Proficiency in French and English;

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Passion for the automotive industry and digital trends
