YOUR FUTURE TEAM
The Group Infrastructure team, composed of 70 persons, is based at the company's headquarter. It delivers products and services to the Business and to the Employees worldwide (in more than 70 countries). Infrastructure is everywhere, supporting applications execution and people collaboration.
You will join the team of Operations & Finance Infrastructure domain, in charge of accompanying Infrastructure initiatives, projects and run activities within the Operations & Finance applications scope. This Infrastructure “business platform domain” works in full collaboration with Infra Tech Domains to support our 36 factories and 158 distribution centers.
The team is composed of 3 people, a domain leader, a senior Service Delivery Manager and a senior architect.

What a day in the life of the Ops&Fin Infrastructure team looks like:
Missions
- You will be the named Infrastructure partner of key IT Business domains for their projects
- You will co-lead major and global initiatives across zones and countries
- You will be an Infrastructure representative for CIO Office & Transformation
- You will contribute actively to the evolution of L’Oréal Infrastructure standards ensuring their alignment with the IT strategy and their consistency across the Infrastructure organization
- You will ensure proper tracking and priorization of the demand management process, that aims to translate demands into Infrastructure requirements
- You will define and monitor the project plan (budget, KPI’s and metrics, activities, methodologies, resource and responsibilities allocation internal/external)
- You will coordinate and integrate the different contents and deliverables to ensure the overall consistency and coherence of the designed solution
- You will define the implementation strategy of the project and supervise the build and roll-out activities
- IT Business (Operations & Finance) project managers
- Infrastructure Technical Domains project managers (from Network, Cloud, Digital Workplace and Identity teams)
- Zones Infrastructure Project Managers
- CIO Officers & ITBM community

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
Experiences
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Infrastucture leader, ideally with a background in the consumer goods industry. This experience should include a strong focus on infrastructure to ensure the consistency of solutions and alignment with the overall IT strategy.
- Strong Infrastructure understanding, especially on Network technologies (WiFi, LAN, SD-WAN) and endpoints (PC, mobile)
- Ability to understand and facilitate technical discussions between IT business requesters and Infrastructure technical domains
- Knowledge of ITBM best practices, from demand to project process, to project KPIs and tasks follow-up
- Organize project work breakdown to facilitate workload estimate and resultant tracking
- Fluent communication skills in French & English (written and spoken) are essential for effective collaboration with international teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Excellent communication skills to purposefully challenge ideas and needs, bring teams together
- Curious about the use-cases behind technical requests
- Responsiveness and a keen sense of task prioritization
- Proactive, autonomously improving
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization (many stakeholders from group, zones, IT and Business)
- Summarization skills for executive presentation of complex projects
