Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to lead the development of our sales, manage a portfolio of primarily national accounts, and conquer new strategic markets.
This key position combines technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a commercial drive.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients (end users, integrators, distributors, etc.)
Prospect new strategic markets and identify high-potential projects
Promote our technical solutions for robotic applications
Analyze customer needs and build tailored technical and commercial proposals
Negotiate and close contracts
Ensure rigorous project follow-up, from quotation to invoicing
Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, support, sales)

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in automation/robotics or a commercial background
- At least 10 years of successful experience in selling robots, special-purpose machines, or automated systems
- Knowledge of industrial sectors such as metallurgy, construction, aerospace, food processing, cosmetics
- Professional proficiency in English is essential
