About the Brand & Team

As part of the Regional Store Design & Visual Merchandising (SD & VM) team for Estée Lauder and Origins, you will support the Store Designer and Visual Merchandising Designer on various projects, including merchandising guidelines, store openings, and visual identity adaptations across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

Key Responsibilities Store Design (SD) Tasks

  • Adapt global guidelines to create store spaces based on market demands.
  • Produce 3D images (SketchUp) for internal and external validation.
  • Develop preliminary plan packages (APS) for local markets.
  • Create technical plans (APD) for markets and shopfitters.
  • Monitor production, including validating shopfitters' technical plans and overseeing installations remotely.

Visual Merchandising (VM) Tasks

  • Adapt global visual merchandising guidelines for product launches.
  • Produce technical drawings for local production.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to ensure smooth execution.
  • Design specific POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and trade elements to meet local market needs.

Qualifications

About You

Education & Experience

  • Background in Store Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or experience in retail design, architecture, or visual merchandising is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong technical drawing and 3D modeling skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for luxury retail, store design, and visual merchandising.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
