As a Freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within French-speaking markets. If you are passionate about health, wellness, and longevity, and excited to work in a fast-paced, science-driven environment, this role is perfect for you. It is a remote role.
Fluency in French and English language written and spoken, is required for this role.

As a Freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within French-speaking markets. What will you do
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches.
- Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation, content briefing, and reporting.
- Support the creative team in the development of influencer content aligned with Avea's premium and science-backed positioning.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance.
- Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms.
- Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a science-related field (preferred: biology, nutrition, health sciences).
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media (including internships).
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
- Creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A strong passion for health, wellness, science, and longevity.
