We are looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be part of our EMEA HR team to support business objectives on the people side collaborating closely with leaders and employees. The scope includes managing HR for France primarily and Spain as well as supporting the Aftermarket global organization. The HRBP will act as a consultant to management on HR related topics, driving actions and initiatives that support the organization's goals while fostering a high-performing culture.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, capable of delivering HR solutions through collaboration and a strong understanding of both the business and its people.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Stakeholders Management: Partner with local, regional and global business leaders to implement HR and people processes and initiatives that support business goals and enhance performance.
  • Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives by ensuring alignment between business goals and people-related strategies.

Cascade and deploy global communication and HR strategies at local level while ensuring compliance with local requirements.

  • Employee relations & policy guidance: Coordinate relationship with local works council, provide expert advice and practical guidance on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and local employment law.

Ensure HR legal compliance & local policies update, negotiate collective agreement.

  • Workforce Planning & Talent Management: In collaboration with Global HRBP, support organizational design, succession planning, and talent management processes.

Manage talent acquisition activities with the RPO provider and work with managers on onboarding process.

  • People Engagement: Analyze trends and employee survey/feedback to develop insights and recommend solutions, programs, and policies that drive employee engagement and retention.

Optimize & advice on local benefits level.

  • Performance & Culture: Champion a high-performance culture by supporting performance management processes, coaching leaders.

Promote our Diversity & Inclusion culture and our communities.

  • Collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Service Centers: Partner with HR specialists in areas like Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and ensure constant interface with HR admin and payroll team to enable smooth employee experience, HR efficiency and data accuracy.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Around 10 years of HR experience, ideally with a focus on business partnering and/or HR leadership
  • Experience in international, matrixed or global organization is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
  • Strong understanding of French labor law and experience managing social relations
  • Business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Analytical, problem solving, negotiation and coaching skills
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
