DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We are in search of an HR Specialist at our Head Quarter in Boulogne – Billancourt. The ideal candidate for the position will have solid knowledge of French labor laws and regulations, particularly regarding workplace health and safety, employee relations, and compliance with Social and Economic Committee (CSE) obligations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We are in search of an HR Specialist at our Head Quarter in Boulogne – Billancourt. The ideal candidate for the position will have solid knowledge of French labor laws and regulations, particularly regarding workplace health and safety, employee relations, and compliance with Social and Economic Committee (CSE) obligations.
Responsibilities:
1- DUERP (Document Unique d'Évaluation des Risques Professionnels)
- Implement follow-up actions identified in the DUERP
- Updating the DUERP if needed
- Implement the tools to ensure the proper follow up with the CSE
- Support Compliance with HR Processes (French regulation)
- Professional Interviews process
- Gender Equity obligations
- Others: disability, training
- Support Compliance with CSE (Social and Economic Committee) Regulations
- Identify the documentation needed in the BDES
- Challenge the Current BDES
- Prepare the lists of the social reports and other documents needed for CSE
- Prepare the appropriate follow up tool
- Implement health and safety protocols in line with legal requirements.
- Coordinate with the occupational health doctor and safety bodies to conduct workplace inspections.
- Set up the calendar of our obligations/ Quaterly & Annual reviews regarding the Health and Safety Commission meetings.
- Propose appropriate tools to follow up the actions of the Health and Safety Commission to comply with legal standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (French and EU standards)
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace experience and efficiency
- Role based at Exclusive Networks HQ, 20 quai du point du jour, Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris)
- Fixed term contract - 6 month initially
The ideal HR Specialist:
- 3–5 years of experience as HR Specialist or in a similar role such as HR Manager, PM HR, HR Compliance.
- Degree in Legal or diploma in Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Fluent in French and English
- Prior experience supporting HR compliance activities, especially related to DUERP, CSE, and French labor regulations.
- Ability to implement and maintain follow-up tools, update regulatory documents (like BDES), and coordinate meetings and reporting obligations with the CSE and Health and Safety Commission.
- Familiarity with HR software and compliance tracking tools; proficiency in MS Office applications.
