Le Responsable digital retail sera responsable de fournir la meilleure expérience digitale possible aux clients. Il planifiera, exécutera et gérera toutes les activités de marketing digital pour le secteur Retail France.
Ce poste est basé à Rueil-Malmaison.
Vos Missions
- Piloter le site web Retail et garantir une expérience utilisateur irréprochable (UX/UI, SEO, parcours d’achat).
- Déployer la stratégie digitale locale en collaboration avec l’équipe Marketing Digitale EMEA.
- Assurer la cohérence de la marque sur l’ensemble des réseaux sociaux et canaux digitaux.
- Analyser les tendances, mesurer la performance des contenus et proposer des optimisations data-driven.
- Élaborer et tenir à jour un calendrier éditorial diffusant un contenu ciblé et pertinent.
- Produire des rapports réguliers sur la performance des initiatives digitales (site, social, e-mail).
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing, IT, commerce et agences externes.
- Effectuer une veille continue sur les dernières tendances social-media et retail.
- Formation : Master en marketing digital, e-commerce ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée : minimum 5 ans en pilotage de projets digitaux dans le Retail B2C.
- Réalisations tangibles : succès mesurables sur l’optimisation de parcours clients, la gestion de budgets médias et l’augmentation des KPIs business.
- Expertises techniques : maîtrise des plateformes sociales (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), des outils d’analyse (GA4, Tag Manager) et des leviers d’acquisition/CRM.
- Leadership : expérience de management d’équipes transverses et de prestataires externes, aisance en environnement matriciel international.
- Langues : français courant et anglais professionnel.
- Soft skills : esprit analytique, créativité orientée performance, rigueur et sens aigu des priorités.
