Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Sales Finance in monitoring and managing program costs by comparing planned versus actual expenditures across all Sales Finance initiatives, including Nissan Branded Wholesale Finance, Retail Finance, and Operational Leasing.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives with a strong focus on cost efficiency and revenue generation for Nissan. Given the substantial investment Nissan makes in Sales Finance, even small cost savings can yield significant benefits.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the success of Sales Finance programs.
- Collaborate closely with Nissan's external partners, such as banks and leasing companies, to support the implementation and growth of Nissan Sales Finance programs.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting is preferable
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience or keen interest in the marketing and distribution of sales finance and leasing products, including incentive program management.
- Eager to develop or improve skills to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, collaborating across departments and regions.
- Project management capabilities, with experience leading or supporting complex initiatives is an advantage.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong orientation toward teamwork and shared success
- Technical skills. Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced Analytical skills desired
- Business level English. Fluency in others European Languages is a strong asset.
