With 170+ partner municipalities and rapid growth in France, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our client relationships and scale CS operations.
The Role: Customer Success Manager
As Customer Success Manager France, you will play a central role in delivering an outstanding experience to our municipal clients. Reporting to Vice President Customer Success global & Sales Europe, Birgit and working closely with the global Customer Success team and the French Sales and Marketing team, you’ll lead the entire customer journey—from onboarding and adoption to upsell and renewal. You’ll be the go-to partner for our clients, helping them get maximum value from the vialytics platform while shaping scalable CS processes in France.
Your Key Responsibilities
Initial Chat with Amelie (VP People & Culture) & Birgit (Vice President Customer Success global & Sales Europe) or Thibaud (CS Manager)
In-Depth Interview with case study: Present your go-to-market strategy for France and meet Birgit (Vice President Customer Success global & Sales Europe) as well as another French Team Member
On-site: Deep Dive on the French Market. Get to know each other in person and vialytics even better.

Competitive Salary: Base €45-50k, OTE €55–65K

As Customer Success Manager France, you will play a central role in delivering an outstanding experience to our municipal clients. Reporting to Vice President Customer Success global & Sales Europe, Birgit and working closely with the global Customer Success team and the French Sales and Marketing team, you’ll lead the entire customer journey—from onboarding and adoption to upsell and renewal. You’ll be the go-to partner for our clients, helping them get maximum value from the vialytics platform while shaping scalable CS processes in France.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the full customer journey: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsells
- Build strong relationships with municipal clients and ensure high satisfaction
- Act as trusted advisor and problem-solver for your accounts
- Collect product feedback and help improve CS processes
- Collaborate with Sales and the German and French CS team
- Represent vialytics at smart city events and conferences
- 2–3 years in Customer Success / Account Management in Software as a Service (SaaS) or at least Start-up or Scale-up Environment
- Strong communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in public sector or smart city tech (B2G) is a plus
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach
- Fluent in French (C2) and professional level in English (B2+)
