Job Description
For our export clients based primarily in French-speaking Africa, the Maghreb, and overseas territories:
Monitoring Customer Orders Through To Delivery
Answer to email and telephone inquiries from export clients regarding the status of their orders.
Being proactive in tracking customer orders to identify quickly and resolve any issue preventing the smooth execution of these orders.
Work in collaboration with other departments (technical department, purchasing, logistics, finance, ...) to reduce the time between order registration and delivery.
Handling Disputes And Complaints From Export Clients
Quickly handle customer claims and complaints and following them through to resolution.
Work in collaboration with other departments (sales, after-sales service, technical specialists, ...) to ensure the rapid resolution of these complaints.
Keep the customer's satisfaction in mind
Optimize and standardize complaint management processes. Identify areas for improvement and report it to the management
All of these tasks must be carried out in compliance with established procedures.
