Keysight Global Services Organization (KGSO) is a core division of Keysight Technologies, delivering comprehensive test instrument lifecycle services—including calibration, repair, technology upgrades, asset management, consulting, training, and acquisition solutions.

With service centers in more than 30 countries, KGSO France operates as a locally focused, people-driven business, providing hands-on technical support to a wide range of customers. About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Field/Technical Services to lead service-based projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, budgeting, team coordination, risk management, and customer communication. The role is critical in ensuring seamless service delivery while upholding Keysight’s standards of quality and innovation

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Define project scope, deliverables, objectives, and schedules.
• Create and maintain detailed work plans (Gantt charts, timelines).
• Estimate project costs and support the pricing of customer proposals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  
  

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate tasks among team members and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Act as the main communication bridge between internal teams and external clients.
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
  
  

Operational & Onsite Execution

• Collaborate with the Sales Renewal team on customer-specific projects.
• Analyze and price custom requests; forecast and track profitability.
• Manage logistics (tools, engineers, transportation providers like Geodis).
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in Mercury system.
• Support Statement of Work (SOW) and work order documentation.
• Review purchase orders and assist in invoicing activities.
  
  

Public Tenders

• Prepare and validate pricing for custom proposals in public sector bids.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Several years of industrial experience in service and support operations or a related field.
• Experience with equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of metrology principles and measurement uncertainties.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• French nationality, as required for compliance with national security certification regulations.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with public tenders or custom pricing processes.
• Prior exposure to technical sales or customer proposal development.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Mercury, scheduling platforms).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with logistics planning (e.g., working with third-party providers like Geodis).
