Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Mid & West, the Sales Account Manager Flexo West is responsible for achieving the sales results for Flexo in their region, planned by Esko, and will be located in France or Belgium (remote).

In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like
- Actively seek out and acquire new customers within the Flexo markets, specifically for the Esko West (France, Bnlx) Supplier business.
- Engage with accounts in your designated sales territory, prioritizing sales activities in both existing and prospective accounts to align Esko solutions with customer needs.
- Offer comprehensive guidance on all products, solutions, and services available to prospective customers/clients.
- Execute the sales plan meticulously to meet or exceed established sales targets and financial objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, channel partners, and the inside sales team to drive sales efforts.
- Willigness to travel for 60% of the time within the West region (France, Belgium, Netherlands) & North-Africa.
- Fluent in French & English, Dutch knowledge desired.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales (direct or indirect)
- Experience within the graphic arts market, labels and flexible & corrugated market

- Rechercher activement et acquérir de nouveaux clients dans les marchés Flexo, spécifiquement pour l'activité des fournisseurs Esko West (France, Bnlx).
- Établir des relations avec les comptes de votre territoire de vente, en donnant la priorité aux activités de vente auprès des clients existants et potentiels afin d'aligner les solutions Esko sur les besoins des clients.
- Offrir des conseils complets sur tous les produits, solutions et services disponibles aux clients/prospects.
- Exécuter le plan de vente méticuleusement pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente et financiers établis.
- Collaborer efficacement avec l'équipe de vente, les partenaires de distribution et l'équipe de vente interne pour stimuler les efforts de vente.
- Être prêt(e) à voyager 60 % du temps dans la région Ouest (France, Belgique, Pays-Bas) et en Afrique du Nord.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, connaissance du néerlandais souhaitée.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente (directe ou indirecte).
- Expérience dans le marché des arts graphiques, des étiquettes et des marchés flexibles et ondulés.
