As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will based with our team in France, focusing on full-cycle recruiting, you’ll play a key role in shaping our Talent Acquisition function and ensuring we hire the right talent to fuel our growth in France.
We believe in keeping things simple and impactful. We prioritise quality over quantity, deep behavioural assessments, outstanding candidate experiences, and strategic advice to the business. Beyond day-to-day recruiting, you'll help optimise hiring processes, lead high-impact projects, and drive initiatives that will help build Talent Acquisition from the ground up in France, while contributing to the maturity of our global TA function.
Your Role
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for our growing teams in France, embedding a competency-based hiring framework.
- Define and execute the local Talent Acquisition strategy, aligned with the broader Shiftmove group approach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and a consultative approach to ensure hiring success.
- Use your deep knowledge of the French talent market to build strong pipelines through sourcing strategies, internal referrals, and new channels.
- Collaborate on the design and execution of our Employer Branding strategy, bringing a creative and localised perspective.
- Champion a thoughtful, engaging, and high-quality candidate experience across every touchpoint of the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, from intake meetings and sourcing through to behavioural interviews and offer negotiation.
- A strong belief in structured hiring and competency-based recruitment as core elements of a successful TA strategy.
- A passion for talent trends and a curiosity to explore and test innovative TA methods.
- A consultative, strategic mindset, able to lead candid conversations with business leaders about organisational design and talent planning.
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Confident coaching style with the ability to support and empower hiring managers, team members, and candidates alike.
- Native fluency in French and professional-level English, to collaborate effectively with our global teams, particularly in Berlin.
