Applications are invited for one PhD and one Master’s position to participate in an interdisciplinary research project focused on the development of an innovative self-oscillatory microfluidic biosensor for the label-free detection of disease-related biomarkers. The project aims to utilize heat-sensitive oscillatory flow within a microfluidic platform to transduce biomolecular interactions into measurable oscillation signals. Research will be conducted at the Institut interdisciplinaire d’innovation technologique (3IT) at Université de Sherbrooke, which offers access to advanced research infrastructure and facilities.

Requirements

– Background in one or more of the following areas: MEMS, biosensor development, microfluidics, or related fields

– Strong motivation and interest in interdisciplinary research

– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
