Responsable Marketing Channel H/F

En tant que Responsable Marketing Channel, basé(e) à Rueil-Malmaison, vous êtes le stratège marketing d’un réseau de distribution intégré. Vous pilotez les actions commerciales, développez la fidélité client et assurez la cohérence de l’identité de marque sur l’ensemble du réseau.

Vos Responsabilités

• Construire la stratégie de l’enseigne en collaboration avec la direction commerciale.
• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan d’actions commerciales : promotions nationales, incentives, challenges.
• Gérer et développer le programme de fidélité de l’enseigne.
• Déployer des opérations de prospection et de développement de plateformes clients.
• Être l’interface entre les équipes marketing et la force de vente.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le/la Chargé(e) de Communication Réseaux pour optimiser la communication vers les clients et la force de vente.
• Garantir la cohérence de l’identité de marque du réseau (en magasin, services, supports…).
• Collaborer avec les Brand Managers et les équipes négoce pour construire le plan de vente.
  
  

Votre Profil

• Diplôme en marketing, commerce ou communication.
• Expérience confirmée en marketing opérationnel ou en gestion de réseau de distribution.
• Solides compétences en gestion de projet et en coordination multi-intervenants.
• Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer.
• Excellente écoute et compréhension des besoins clients.
• Présence terrain régulière avec les équipes commerciales et les clients.
• Maîtrise des outils marketing et CRM.
• Anglais professionnel requis.
• Rigueur méthodologique et sens de l’organisation
