About The Role

A UX Designer defines the customer interactions of our products. She/he owns and executes part of the design strategy for a business or product line. She/he is seen as a critical stakeholder for the design of new products.

Responsibilities

Customer Focus: Collaborates with research, understands customer satisfaction impact, analyzes market trends.

Creative Problem Solving: Works proactively with teams, generates ideas from product data, proposes solutions, seeks internal ideas.

Product Design: Defines user experience concepts, collaborates on usability testing, delivers UCD solutions, introduces new design patterns, articulates design rationale.

Data-Driven Analysis: Uses data for project metrics, explores data for research context, identifies data gaps, tests designs with users, iterates research methods.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of tech stack, understands platform-specific design, uses design software, builds relationships with tech teams, communicates designs to developers.
