The Global Learning & Development Director is responsible for leading the strategy, design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs that support the Maison’s global business ambition. This role will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs, develop innovative programs, and drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

- Leadership:
- Develop and execute a global learning and development strategy aligned with the Maison’s overall ambition
- Stay in tune with Luxury fashion trends and best practices in the area of learning and development, incorporating them into specific program design and delivery.
- Manage the central learning and development budget
- Work hand in hand with Learning teams in our regions and also with Learning teams at the Group
- Training Design & implementation:
- Collaborate with our business partners and HR leaders in our regions to identify learning and development needs across the organization.
- Determine the most effective blended learning solutions.
- Design and develop engaging and innovative learning programs (including online courses, seminars, and blended learning solutions).
- Oversee the implementation of learning programs, ensuring excellent inspiring delivery and high-quality content.
- Manage business relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Evaluation & Measurement:
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Prepare reports on learning and development activities and outcomes
- Learning Communication:
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
- Communicate learning opportunities and resources effectively and dynamically to employees
