• Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues to ensure seamless user experience.


• Collaborate with team members and service partners to troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly.


• Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment, ensuring availability for immediate dispatch when needed.


• Assist in setting up and configuring devices for new employees, ensuring they are ready to hit the ground running.


• Participate in global IT projects and rollouts, providing support and expertise as required.

• Experience in IT support with a focus on deskside assistance.
