Regional Operations Manager (all genders)

Your mission
Take the lead in shaping and growing all operational activities in France, with a focus on two directly managed bike-sharing systems. This role is ideal for someone who values ownership, brings a collaborative mindset, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence while representing nextbike with confidence to local stakeholders and public partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Full accountability for performance, quality, and development of all French bike-sharing systems.
- Lead and coach Service Coordinators to meet service, efficiency, and accountability goals.
- Ensure contract KPIs (e.g. availability, response time) are met and lead continuous improvements.
- Oversee daily operations including logistics, maintenance, safety, and system roll-outs.
- Act as the main contact for partners, drive process improvements, and deliver performance insights.
- Strong background in operations, mobility, or logistics
- Proven experience with SLA contracts and public-sector collaboration
- Skilled in leading remote teams and driving multi-city results
- Data-driven, analytical, and action-oriented
- Fluent in French and English; based in or willing to relocate to Mulhouse, with occasional travel
- A meaningful role with clear ownership and impact on urban mobility
