The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Key missions:
- Develop, implement, and manage continuous improvement programs and projects.
- Identify and analyze areas for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends.
- Develop and implement standardized work processes and procedures.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Benchmark best practices and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure that improvement initiatives align with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Manage change effectively to ensure successful implementation of improvements
- Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality, and maintenance, to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and improve processes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
To join our team, you:
- Have a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanics, Manufacturin
- A certification in Lean Management Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in agrifood industry and/or malting
- A significative experience in lean manufacturing and application of lean tools
- Successful transversal and managerial experience with an international exposure Languages:
- Proficiency in English and local language (written and spoken).
- Additional languages may be advantageous.
- IT: Microsoft Office, GMOA, GPAO, ERP, SAP would be a plusReporting and analysis tools
