Job Description

As Social Media Manager for the ibis and ibis budget brands across Europe & North Africa, you’ll join our Economy brands team within the wider marketing organization. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will oversee social media performance, activations and strategy execution aligned with brand guidelines and global priorities.

What will you do?

  • Develop and contribute to the social media strategy for the ibis and ibis budget brands, focusing on key European markets and aligning with global ambitions and trends.
  • Present strategy and activations to key stakeholders, participating in meetings with clarity and confidence.
  • Oversee budgets for social media activities, ensuring effective allocation, tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with agencies to deliver impactful campaigns, define relevant KPIs and track results.
  • Support the digital marketing plan by offering strategic recommendations to optimize social media performance.

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house Social Media Manager role.
  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms, current trends and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
