The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in the Loir-et-Cher region, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles! Our brands? Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Old Spice. Our site is highly automated with cutting-edge technology in the cosmetic industry. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF PROCTER & GAMBLE:

As an HR Generalist, you will work within the Human Resources department. Your role will be to ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes, particularly those related to apprenticeships and internships, while providing close and general support to this population. You will also be responsible for part of the training and recruitment management.

Several Missions Await You

  • Planning the needs for apprentices and interns
  • Sourcing candidates from schools
  • Writing and publishing job postings
  • Conducting pre-interviews and planning the recruitment process
  • Managing hires in the HR management tool
  • Welcoming, integrating, and following up with apprentices/interns
  • Organizing school/partner visits and events
  • Providing administrative support
  • Contributing to HR projects

Type of contract: Apprenticeship for 1 or 2 years
