We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end logistics at our project sites (currently in Saint Nazaire).

This is a fixed-term position for 18 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full logistics chain for Galley/PS/Laundry equipment on site.
  • Coordinate daily logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Identify and document non-conformities, and collaborate with Supervisors and/or the Logistics Manager to implement corrective actions.

Your Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly progress updates to the Project Manager or Site Manager.
  • Understand and communicate the logistical needs of the supervisors’ team.
  • Maintain close communication with the logistics department to relay updates that may impact site operations.
  • Ensure safe handling, identification, and storage of delivered materials.
  • Supervise logistics service providers and escalate issues to the Logistics Manager.
  • Verify deliveries, collect Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and report discrepancies to the installation team and logistics department.
  • Organize warehouse storage areas to streamline preparation and dispatch.
  • Collaborate actively with the supervision team to support project success.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Logistics (BTS, Licence Pro, or equivalent BAC +2/3).
  • Hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in English, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols and maritime regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Initiative-driven and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
