About The Client

Our client is an international, fast-growing company in the digital social casino and crypto entertainment space. They are building a new platform for a global B2C audience, with a focus on high-impact creative and performance marketing. The team is remote, skilled, and focused on growth.

Role Overview

As Creative Director, you’ll take ownership of building a new brand from the ground up—defining its tone of voice, visual identity, and creative systems. This role combines hands-on content creation and leadership, overseeing both art direction and copy. You’ll manage a creative team, collaborate across functions, and deliver high-volume campaigns that support user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build brand identity, including voice, visuals, and core principles
  • Develop scalable content systems: always-on, campaign-based, and reactive
  • Lead and grow the creative team (writers, designers, external partners)
  • Oversee all creative output and maintain brand consistency
  • Define and manage production workflows from concept to publish
  • Align creative with performance marketing, product, and user journey
  • Support KPIs with high-performing, engaging content

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in creative, copy, or art direction roles (B2C preferred)
  • Proven experience building brands from scratch or leading rebrands
  • Strong conceptual copywriting and storytelling skills in English
  • Experience in gaming, gambling, crypto, or other high-risk industries
  • Portfolio showing ability to scale creative across multiple channels
