About The Job
The apprentice will make the support on all IT key features (deployment, materials management Mac or Windows and network activities).
L’apprenti(e) participera sur tous les aspects liés au service informatique : déploiement, gestion du matériel et périphériques MAC et Windows ainsi que des activités réseaux.

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor or Master
Required Language Proficiency: EN / FR
Licenses or Certifications: BTS
Additional Job Specifications: Windows (W10) and Mac environment, Office 365, Dell and Mac knowledges.

- supports the ELC IT Salon and new comers flow
- coordinates IT purchase processes
- manages the inventory of the creative licenses and provide improvements.
- shadows IT Director to the deployment of global IT projects
- supports IT Director in his day-to-day business and on ad hoc tasks
