Context

Alan's digital distribution, both for companies and individuals (freelancers, retirees, etc.), is experiencing strong growth (+45% annually), and we are planning for even more impressive growth in the coming years thanks to a strong brand and innovative distribution.

We are looking to scale our paid acquisition efforts by bringing in a dedicated expert to develop our international markets (Spain, Belgium and Canada)

You will be working with the acquisition referent in each market, adapt what's working best in our main market in the local ones and develop tailored-made strategy. Notably, you will have to discover and uncover the local specifies of market, understand what is different about health in Canada vs health in Belgium, etc

Your mission

Your objective is to scale Alan's paid acquisition efforts in International through:

  • Ownership and optimization of our digital marketing channels (SEA, Meta, LinkedIn, …)
  • Development of targeted campaigns for specific customer segments in France and/or International business
  • Creation and testing of ad creatives, messaging and landing pages
  • Data-driven optimization of campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaboration with design and content teams for asset creation
  • Management of budget allocation and performance tracking
  • Testing and installing new channels as lever of conversion

If you have some of the following, you may be a great fit

  • At least 3 years of work experience on growth roles
  • Strong track record in paid marketing
  • Proficient with one or several major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience in campaign creation, optimization and budget management
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Ability to work autonomously in full ownership of projects
  • Creative mindset with test-and-learn approach
  • Fluent in English
  • B2B experience and a second language (FR, NL, SP) are a plus
