BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning – Developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales and market expansion for light commercial vehicles.

Sales & Business Development – Managing sales targets, establishing partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the LCV sector.

Product & Market Analysis – Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Dealer & Network Management – Overseeing the dealer network and ensuring strong relationships with distribution partners.

Operational Efficiency – Coordinating with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Financial & Budgeting Responsibilities – Managing budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability for the LCV segment.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Working closely with marketing, aftersales, R&D, and corporate teams to align strategies.

Regulatory Compliance & Standards – Ensuring all LCV operations comply with local and

international regulations.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or master ’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the LCV Sales sectors.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
