Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dynamic French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers, assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service to ensure complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and efficient customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding electronics products and services.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, product information, warranty claims, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
- Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends to deliver accurate information.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; good command of English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
