About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on demand generation professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about data-driven marketing that delivers measurable business impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing growth marketing initiatives across both new customer acquisition and the existing customer base for Forterro’s industrial solutions, serving the mid-market segment in Poland. You will play a key role in driving pipeline, strengthening customer engagement and adoption, and contributing directly to regional revenue growth.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with business development representatives (BDRs), sales, account management teams and central marketing teams to ensure aligned, effective go-to-market execution.

- Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and measurable growth marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation, as well as engagement and growth within the existing customer base.
- Own the demand generation funnel, creating effective buyer and customer journeys that deliver measurable business value and optimise conversion rates across different stages of engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events, driving engagement, product adoption, and the transition to modern solutions to support long-term value.
- Analyse and evaluate campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI across all activities.
- Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across both acquisition and installed base initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including the content team, the digital marketing team, BDRs and sales, as well as external agencies and/or freelancers, to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.
- Align closely with both new business and account management teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals and that leads and opportunities are effectively followed up.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and continuously refine marketing strategies.
What You Bring
- Degree in Marketing, CRM, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and digital marketing, ideally within the software or technology industry.
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact across both new business and existing customer initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels.
- A structured, proactive, and self-driven way of working, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken), any other European language is a plus.
- Previous experience in a senior individual contributor role or leadership exposure is an advantage.
- Play a key role in driving revenue growth in the Polish market.
