Job Title: Legal Counsel (F/H)
Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt - IDF
Main Responsibilities:- LaborAs you can see, a high variety of topics will keep you challenge throughout your experience with us!
- Providing legal support to our team on a variety of business sectors such as Renewable energy, Telecom, Enterprise, Cloud Computing;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements: Sales Contract: Frame, Distribution, Participation, Implementation Contracts; Procurement Agreements: T&Cs, FPA, MPA, PPA;
- Contribute to the development and improvement of templates and internal guidelines;
- Supporting compliance related topics: Labor, Environment, Anti-Bribery, …;
- Handling disputes: Support the resolution of pre-litigation matters and contractual disputes; Deploy and provide trainings on claim management;
- Providing a strong support to the Huawei Compliance Program in a lot of different topics:
- Environment,
- Anti-Bribery (Sapin 2)
- Handling disputes
- Fully qualified lawyer/legal counsel
- At least 5 years’ experience as Legal Counsel in a national/international company in the telecommunication or energy sector or as a lawyer in a law firm,
- Excellent drafting, analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French,
- Able to work autonomously and proactively
- Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced, commercial environment with multinational staff
