Join Us at the Forefront of Quantum Computing Innovation
As Quandela scales from a deep-tech start-up to a major player in the quantum industry, we are creating a dedicated Legal function. Reporting to the CFO, you will be the first in-house legal hire and will build the legal framework from the ground up—covering all corporate, commercial, and compliance matters (excluding employment contracts). This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a newly created function in a fast-growing, internationally recognised company.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and pilot all Group contracts (excluding employment contracts), from drafting to execution and renewal
- Design and implement legal processes and a centralised contract management tool (repository system)
- Handle all corporate legal matters: maintain statutory documents (articles of association, Kbis, company’s decisions), manage subsidiary incorporation and follow-up
- Prepare and coordinate General Meetings (AGMs/EGMs), in collaboration with external law firms
- Oversee equity instruments (BSPCE, stock option plans) and set up a dedicated follow-up tool
- Ensure compliance and regulatory monitoring across all Group entities
- Liaise with local external counsel for international subsidiaries
- Act as a trusted internal legal advisor across all departments, working autonomously and proactively to identify and mitigate legal risks
