Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics activities for finished vehicles in the French market.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely vehicle deliveries.
  • Communicate daily with BYD Europe teams, headquarters in China, logistics service providers, and dealers.
  • Track shipment status and provide real-time logistics updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage transport planning, delivery execution, and logistics documentation.
  • Follow up on delivery delays, transport issues, and logistics exceptions.
  • Support logistics cost control and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate operational data.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient vehicle distribution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in automotive logistics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; Chinese is a plus.
