Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Technicien/ne Service Clients to work on a contractual basis. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, using specialized tools and software to identify and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide technical expertise and support.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in a related field, such as computer science or engineering, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical support.

• Proficiency in multiple software applications and technical tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
