LEGAL SECRETARY/PA | non EE/AA: OTE R180k Per Annum

We service multiple firms and are seeking a Legal Secretary/PA with managerial potential. A successful candidate is required to be:

Well presented with an excellent command of English both spoken and written, with impeccable grammar;
Administratively astute;
Tech savvy and highly computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 1drv;
Resident within a 10km radius of the Sandton CBD.

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Legal Practice Management Application;
WordPress;
CIPC administration;
Conveyancing including Ghost Convey ;
Invoicing, Capturing Creditors & Collections via any of the leading bookkeeping systems including Quickbooks, Xero, Pastel and the like.
Great growth prospects within the group in the near future for ambitious and capable candidates.
