AnciTrak is an intelligent station installed in hospital sterilization departments (CSSD). It is used to identify, count, verify, and document surgical instruments, particularly orthopedic, spine, and complex sets.
CONCRETELY
- The operator places an instrument tray on the station.
- The machine uses built‑in sensors and Artificial Intelligence to recognize the instruments.
- It checks whether the set is complete, missing an instrument, or has an extra item.
- It generates a clear report, sent to the traceability system or to the ActIfcloud platform.
- AnciTrak helps reassemble instrument sets faster, more accurately, and in a standardized way.
- It reduces human errors and secures surgical interventions.
Commercial Development
- Identify target healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain a network within sterilization departments
- Present AnciTrak and position it based on operational needs
- Qualify needs and build tailored proposals
- Lead demonstrations and manage opportunities through to signature
- Act as project lead during early deployment phases
- Support change management and user adoption through a hands-on presence on site
- Ensure alignment between hospital teams and the AnciTrak vision
- Engage key stakeholders (pharmacists, CSSD managers, OR teams)
- Work closely in the field with users during implementations
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, deployment)
- Share field feedback to improve the solution
- France (60%) and Western Europe
- Increase AnciTrak deployments
- Ensure successful adoption within hospitals
- Contribute to AnciTrak and ActKloud growth
- Business or commercial background with a strong hunter mindset
- Experience in B2B sales (MedTech and/or SaaS)
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to engage directly on the field
- Ability to drive adoption and manage projects in complex environments
- Good understanding of hospital workflows
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
