We are excited to offer a 12-month apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to join Ericsson as a Radio Integration Engineer. This role is an excellent stepping stone for someone looking to develop their expertise in radio network deployment and monitoring, while contributing to meaningful work within a dynamic, international environment.

As a Radio Integration Engineer Apprentice, you will play an active role in supporting radio network operations as part of a Managed Services contract for one of our French customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams based in Romania and France, gaining hands-on experience in a truly international setting.

What You Will Do

• Radio integration as part of Managed service contract for a French customer
• Perform daily radio integration activities across 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies for Ericsson and Nokia sites, in line with planned schedules
• Act as a key point of contact for field technicians, supporting radio integration and troubleshooting radio network incidents
• Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing and capitalization initiatives
• Identify and propose process and quality improvements, and support their implementation where applicable
• Participate in the preparation of weekly and monthly customer presentations covering KPIs and other technical topics
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams across Romania and France

What You Bring

Technical Skills:

• A degree in Telecommunication Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Foundational to intermediate knowledge of telecom radio technologies (3G/4G/5G) and 3GPP standards, including integration, alarm monitoring, and Quality of Service (QoS)
• Familiarity with Telecom OSS environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel and Power BI
• Fluent French (required, as it is the primary working language)
• English at B2 level or above
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within diverse, multicultural teams
• An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical challenges
